Event Calendar and Class Schedule
We have combined special events with classes here for quick reference. Please let us know if you don’t see what you are looking for. We ask class attendees to arrive at least 10 minutes before class is scheduled to begin. Please be hydrated and wear appropriate clothing for the type of exercise you are participating in.
Note: You can have all of your class schedules on one calendar or you can have a separate calendar for different exercise programs.
